Who We Are

cda is a commercially dynamic consultancy that has established a reputation for "taking HR into the boardroom". We form strong client partnerships at a strategic level and have a notably high retention rate in all of our four divisions: organisation development and change management; training and development; executive search and selection services and psychometric testing.

Based in Leeds (UK), cda focuses on working with well-known blue chip organisations throughout the UK and Europe, helping them to improve their performance - and bottom line - by aligning their people with their business objectives. We concentrate on developing tailored solutions, operating as an integral part of the client's business to deliver practical programmes that drive real change.

develops a range of approachs to organisational development built around ©cdaq. ©cdaq is a tool designed to predict how an individual prefers to behave at work. It is a simple questionnaire based measurement instrument that can help you understand an individual's preference for interacting with others, processing information, making decisions and approaching task implementation.

  Meet the Team
Caroline Dunk leads cda's work on change management, HR strategy and HR policy & process development. She has a particular interest in using HR levers alongside more traditional approaches to change management to deliver effective culture change - such as the delivery of new brands or service concepts to the marketplace. Her team has a successful track record in delivering measurable business performance improvement by aligning human resources with strategic business objectives. She is currently leading the development of innovative tools which will allow organisations to align their people with the requirements of their customer base.



Tony Dunk is the Principal of cda's training and development business. He firmly believes that investment in the development of people should produce a return like any other investment. Innovation and value for money are the key themes in any cda programme and Tony gets involved personally in all aspects of the business including design and delivery.


All our consultants have experience as line managers in large organisations. Most of the team have also spent time as HR professionals in the public or private sectors. CVs for all our consultants are available on request.

We are formally registered as a consulting practice with the Institute of Management Consultancy. We strongly support the IMC's professional and ethical standards and all our consultants are IMC members, or are working towards membership. We also support the Institute of Personnel Development, most of our consulting staff are members of the IPD.

At cda we recognise that our reputation and success is based on our track record of client satisfaction. In 1996 we achieved ISO9001 and we are committed to maintaining this registration.
